To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If it is not in proper condition then the refund will not be accepted. This applies also if you order the incorrect item so if you are unsure which is the correct item for your machine then please get in touch with us with before purchase and we are happy to assist.

Prior to returning your item, please email your order number and reason for return to info@thecartridgecentre.co.uk.

Please ensure that you also include a note with your returned items that clearly states your order number, if we do not receive your order number then we will be unable to identify the sender of the returned items and therefore we will be unable to process the refund.
